Healthy Babies Bright Futures (HBBF) is a group of scientists, organizations, and donors working together to limit children’s exposure to neurotoxins. They provide access to lead testing kits that are sold at cost (or at less, thanks to the generosity of donors) and shipped to Virginia Tech for testing. The Lab at Virginia Tech is the same lab that tested water samples in Flint and uncovered massive, widespread lead contamination. Simply order a testing kit online, and you can participate in meaningful science that could impact the health of your family.
