Texas rancher Skyler Flake has now been a CoCoRaHS observer for more than 6 years. Rainfall is critical to the cattle he tends to, and he not only uploads precipitation info every day, but uses the CoCoRaHS website to remind him of weather events, which he can then correlate with the amount of forage and the health of his herds.
